Real work, with support
You take on one real piece of work for a Deeplink team or one of its clients, and finish by presenting it to the people who will use it.

Examples
The kind of work you could do
These are examples. Your task is agreed with you at the start, based on your field and what the team needs.
- Consulting
- A review of which UK funding competitions suit a client’s innovation, with a recommendation deck; or mapping how a bid moves through a team and where time is lost.
- Accounting and finance
- A budget and monthly cost tracker for a funded project; or checking a sample of project costs against invoices before a claim.
- Data
- A dashboard of a team’s bid pipeline and win rates; a feed of open funding competitions into a database; or a model of how likely a bid is to succeed.
- Engineering and research
- A review of the technology and research behind a client’s innovation, to support a funding application.

Who can do work experience?
It is part of every Launch Track, and coaching clients in any field can apply for a place.
Is it remote?
Yes. You work remotely, in your own time, at about 10 to 15 hours a week.
Will I work with real information?
Yes, under clear rules. You get only the access your task needs, and you never put Deeplink or client information into public tools.
